Whereas I do somewhat agree with this theory, we can't do that INSIDE of our own country, let alone impose it on others. All the bleeding hearts that think people aren't bad, they just screw up once in a while are the problem.<br /><br />Oh, he didn't really MEAN to kill her and cut her up and eat her. He's just sick in the head, so we should take pity and be lenient on him.<br /><br />Personally, if there is SOLID evidence against someone for something like that, and enough of it, I say fry em. But that's just me. <br /><br />Same should apply for terrorist nations. But I don't see it happening. Too many wimps that are afraid of offending someone.
