The manufacturing year is not critical -- the model is what shops go by. A full model will tell us whether you have RC and remote tach, for instance. See the owner's manual at Tohatsu.com for a description of lights. Most of the lights are self-explanatory. If they all flash at once, that is an indication of something serious. For info on that situation, get a Factory service manual, or get to a dealer. Are you having a problem with the motor?
