Interlux Perfection problem

Ok guys I'm looking for a little help, or suggestions with my paint job. I painted a stripe on my boat that ended up with some fish eyes in the paint. I know how they got there, and what I did wrong. My questions are. Anybody ever add a fish eye reducer additive to Perfection. Interlux doesn't make one. I have sanded most of the spots out. Will they come back thru the second coat. My problem was the bottom of the rub rail was silicone chaulked underneath. All my prep sanding must have ground some silicone into the fiberglass before I painted. I did wipe it with the 202 wash., but I forgot to tack rag it. I just hate to think after sanding on the first coat that they will come right back. Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: Interlux Perfection problem

Fish eye reducer is thoughtfull and a good idea, but, it's pretty much just that "reducer".
Seems it's more of "peace of mind" thing if thought of in advance.
From where you are now though, really stinks.
The only thing to do is, sand it all back down, use a non sanding sealer/primer, and if no fish eyes when it's applied...paint finish again.

If there's a bottle of armoral or similar within sight...move it farther away.
