I am thinking I am going to get the Aerial Airborne Wakeboard tower. My concern is the installation because I have a glastron gxl 235 and it seems hard to get on the inside part where you need to be to put the backing plate. Has anyone put one on before? What suggestions do you guys have?DSC01597.jpeg

Re: Installing my tower

My buddy has a GX205 and had to cut access holes to put the tower on. He then placed specialty backing plates from a company in California due to the thin hull of VEC construction. The holes were covered up by the interior and are not seen.

Re: Installing my tower

I put an airborne on my seaswirl 210 this spring. did lots of research and it was pretty straightforward. I made a thread back in april about my experiences installing it. So far so good! I'm 230lbs and can climb and jump off it with no noise or movement. Very sturdy and looks good I think.
