installing a 94 4.3 vortex into and 89 four winds

I have to replace my 4.3 engine in my four winds could I use a vortex engine and upgrade to a new manifold and 4 barrel carb

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... Yes you can,.....

You'll also have to properly rig up an electric fuel pump,.....
