Injecting epoxy into stringers

I have a 1989 16 foot searay br. the stringers are soft on both sides in differant places. I am wondering if anyone has used penetrating epoxy(rotdoctor cpes) to restore the stringers. I have been told that the stringers arent that critical in this length of boat and that if you get enough epoxy into them the strengh can be restored. the floor is solid everywhere and the boat is perfect other then these spots. My hope is to run it a year or so until I can fully restore it.

i have used the rot doctor product , it does a pretty good job after it cured a few days i hit the stringers with a hammer and they sounded soild its no cure for wood that is completly rotton though
