Can someone tell me what this motor is ? Model ELORCSE ...it is a 9.9 evinrude ..tiller Age , shaft lenght ?

I think you have mis-read the model number. Possibly should be E10RCSE

E for Evinrude
10 for 9.9hp
R for ropestart
CS for 1980
E is just a production suffix

If thats right its standard shaft length (15")

But if it is E10RLCSE it'll be an longshaft.

double check the number because what you have quoted is wrong. Use a magnifier if the minces are getting a bit dim.
