when starting my motor it is difficult an when taking off it only goes above idle speed then 20 later it takes off but is like this each time it is started

What engine are you talking about? Year, Make, Model, HP rating, and if possible serial #.

Hard starting is many times "operator error" so please tell us what your starting procedure is.
