Congrats Sean, welcome to wonderful world of boating. It is fun and something to always enjoy. The boat looked and sounded to be in great shape, you got some good advice on what to look for, before you bought it. Keep up on the preventative stuff and it will last a long time!

OK, now you need smart tabs, a keel guard, belt jackets (ya know the 69.00 ones), new anchor, make sure you got fuel stablizer, skiies, rope, line, bumpers, extra prop, cleaning and treatment stuff, tube, fishing gear, tackle, second depth finder with GPS, Looks great you are now about half way there.<br /><br />Kidding looks great and it will bring you a lot of good times. Oh yeah don't forget the water tight camera. LOL

I forgot to take measurements of the boat on trailer so that I know it fits properly in my garage... <br /><br />Seriously, is there any smell that is better than the smell of a boat showroom? I rank that OVER new car smell.<br /><br />Ok, I admit it... I didn't REALLY need to go take measurements... I just needed to go look at my toy again... <br /><br />Sean

How would you have liked being in my shoes? I live on a lake, I have a veiw of it from my front porch, When I first moved here, I couldnt afford a boat for about three years. I thought I would die, as I had always had a boat of some sort or another. I was finally able to get one, Then times got tough again and I was without a boat for another two years still looking out over the same lake every morning. It was like working in a candy store and not having a mouth!
