I have a 1996 MB sports boss 210 with a PCM gt40 engine. While on the lake the engine just died. It cranks and will start but as soon as the key is released to the run position it shuts off. I found a blown ignition fuse in the wire under the dash from the ignition switch. I replaced the fuse the following day and the motor started and ran fine. I got it back out to the lake where is ran for about 20 minutes before blowing the fuse again. I replaced the fuse and it blew it immediately, as soon as the key was turned on the fuse blew. I dont know what would cause this to happen.
