Hi can anyone help i have purchased a boat with twin Mariner 40hp 1998 engines. i can get them idling fine when stationary but once i have been out they seem to change idle slow they stop or sometimes too fast. Could it be the control cables to my remotes which are affecting the speed maybe seizing up with age.
