Idle adjustment

I have a 1986 inline 115 horse Mercury, Looking to idle up a little,Not sure on how to do so.
Can anyone help me out?

Idle adjustment is done on the bottom screw of the long throttle lever on the port side.
You may also have to adjust the brass barrel on the throttle cable afterwards so that it maintains just enough pressure to keep the lever screw you adjusted first pinned against the end stop.
Note that all you are doing is changing the timing at this point.
The throttles should remain fully closed until well above idle speed.
