Recently, I placed an order with Volvo Penta-USA (I only use OEM parts), knowing that iboats is the broker and handler of the shipments. I've done this before.
As it went along, the order slowed down and it seemed the shipment date was too long for such routine maintenance parts. But, I understand as I deal with parts delays on a regular basis.
I called Allyson at iboats and she explained to me that they were waiting for one part to fulfill the order. She went the extra mile and tracked it all down. As it worked out, that part arrived, at the warehouse, and it's on its way.
There are too few outfits out there that have customer service like iboats. Well done-iboats!
Now, I can only hope that what I ordered fixes my problem. That's on me.
