I think my axle may be bent

I bought a 1999 Rinker 192 in May. It came with a Trailmaster Single Axle trailer. While towing it from the dealer, my wife noticed that one of the tires was leaning in a little. Didn't think too much about it then. Yesterday while going back to the storage unit, another boater flashed me his lights and told me that the wheel looks like it tilts quite a bit from top to bottom. After I looked at it, I notice it also looks like it got some tilt from front to back as well. Any thoughts ? Whats a new axle cost ? I appreciate any feedback .

just replaced one, this way the best deal i got. take the complete rig, down to a public scale and have it weighted. so you know the correct axle to order. you can get them complete with the hubs all ready to install, all you have to do it mount the springs on the axle, and mount the assembly on the trailer.
