I admit it, not only am I addicted to Bayliners but to the mid 80s Bayliners. I don't know what it is but I just love the look of the Capri Open Bow ski boats. I think they are still one of the best looking hulls around. (The 195 being my favorite.)

I currently have a newer Chris Craft Concept which is a very nice boat, but I still prefer the look of the Capri. Is there any hope for me? Can this be cured?

I always liked the Capri's traditional flat transom.

I still don't like the "'European" styles that came about in the late Eighties.

Take a beep breath and if you drink have an adult beverage and hit craigslist and restore as many as you can. Just make sure they have a good or fixable drive. I'm thinking of looking for another. But bigger

I feel for ya! I bought a new one in 1997 a 19' SS and then traded that one for a new 2000 2855 LX....I loved both of them!

I'd love to find an outboard-powered, well maintained, Bayliner. I keep finding ones that were stored outside, under a tree, without a cover.

Nothing is more beautiful than the old Glastrons. Take a ride in one and then enjoy your addiction to Glastrons.

For folks with low res monitors the pics are cut off. If you size them to 640 x 480 you will be golden.
Sorry my laptop has a 17"my desktop is a 19" screen Will fix on future pics. However I'm am far from the only guilty party.

Ok so let's bring back the endangered species of the mid 80s B-liner

...Bubba, you need help dude...and you're hearing this from another Bayliner owner.:D:D
However...for the dough $$ they can be a good lake boat if you find them dry and well maintained.
All Good

I guess we have to size pics to account for people who have not updated their brouser for 10 years. If you have a brouser that was made after 1999 you dont need to resize your pics.

did not realize that people still use windows 3.11 and boot from floppy disks instead of having a hard drive. Thats like 8 track players and use of telephone lines to access the internet.

uh....yeah....BUY ONE!!!!!! That cures most folks quickly. nothing like "rotten deck therapy"! If that doesn't work, try some "Force Outboard medicine"....works every time!
