I need help with this carburetor for mariner Yamaha 5hp air cooled

So I got this outboard for free from a friend for a boat I bought and cleaned the motor up and ran it for the first time again in almost 10 years the motor ran great at first but after a few minutes of running it would run out of fuel in the fuel filter ,the only way to keep it going is to keep priming the bulb if the fuel gets low in the fuel filter,now I am trying to figure out where the fuel pump or diaphragm is in the carb

The red silicon has to go!!! and I think it is gravity fed so no pump

I agree I took it off a while ago and replaced the seals that had gasket maker on them,also the engine has an quick connecter where you can connect an external tank

Follow the fuel line from the quick connector and see where it leads, if it goes straight to the carb then it's gravity fed.

So I finally figured it out it is gravity fed and there was a weird bracket on the side of the case that is meant for the tank
