my mercury is not planin on the water it only does about 19 miles on the water after 3 rpm it just bogs out and i have more space for the throute but it wont go faster i took it to a diagnostic but meckanic rip me off. what could it be it has sparks in al wires gas is going thro . also the alarm goes of in the cabin ... what could it be ..
