I need help with johnson year!

I have a 20 horse jhonson and i found the # it is J2767402 I hope it is the rite one, Can you tell me what year this motor is? <br />thank you.

Acereitz...(Al)... No, that's the wrong one. We need the "Model" number to reveal the year.

Can you tell me how to find the model # i looked on the motor found some # on the flywheel and on the carb area. -reply-<br />thank you

there should be a small plate riveted on the mounting part. usually it is in front of the serial number.

Hey bass pole could not find nothing that might be rivited on but i wrote down all the #s that i could find and i think that those are # for the parts that there on. i looked on the mount did not find any<br />thank you -reply-
