My 1962 evinrud 40hp Bigtwin has had new coils new spark plugs and points put on it. It runs gray till wot then it wonts to flood out. I've cleaned the filter and glass bole out. Thank the carb may need rebilt there was lots of trash in the gas and it looks to have water in it. I got a new tank new fuel lines and changed the gas in it. Spark check came out good and each cylinder has 100 psi on them. Thanks for any help
