I have a 2000 90 hp Johnson model#J90PLSSE Fuel problem

2000 Johnson 90 It will not run at full throttle, 3/4 of the way it runs fine, push it all the way it starts starving for gas… Had the carbs & throttle body cleaned ,put a new fuel pump still doesn’t run full throttle..

Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" or more on each lead ??----Post the actual compression test values.-----Water pump impeller replaced ?-----Possibly going into S.L.O.W. mode.----If your assistant operates the manual fuel pump , what happen ?----Why did you replace the VRO pump ?----Now mixing at 50:1 in the tank.

Have you tried a portable fuel tank with its own hose?
