Gonefishin, Man what bad news. Why couldn't they find Gov Tafts house to destroy. Since he is cutting budgets and programs, crime is on the climb.

I would have jumped off the wagon just to help numb the mind of such a blow. It is good you got back on it and plus your wife is understanding.

It was a good thing that they didn't get hurt while they were doing their so called kicks, otherwise you would have to pay for their injuries. Restitution should be like child support, it will always be owed until it is payed off (with intrest of course!) Good Luck, if you need help, I'm about a couple of hours away......SS

All I can say is that yall are great with the support and the advice. Looks like about 2,000 bucks which includes murals, paint, two (nice) fishfinders, and a trolling motor. The gas tank is still in limbo. Have to rip platform off to get to tank. This time someone else is going to exert themselves and not me. Deductable at 250.00 and company will pursue collecting from parents.

Your right on the wife. She has the patience of an angel and a sailors tongue when I get outa line. Went back to VFW last night and drank coffee like I normally do. Seems like I bought everyone drinks all night and had a tab of about 150 big ones. First time in almost two years on the cigs and I'm writing it off as bad judgement. Every one had fun at my expense.

Probably good thing kids were in back of cruiser or its hard to say what would have happened if I caught them in act. I'll say one thing about this forum. We may all not agree on everything but when the chips are down we are always there for support as you did for me and I thank you more than you can Imagine.

If you see gas tank help on boat projects yall will know what I need and why....Hope to be on water in three or four weeks and fishn again.....

I'm sorry to hear about this nightmare you've just been through GonFishn - but glad that it sounds like things are getting back to normal. I don't understand how some kids get a kick out of that sort of destruction...(BTW Your wife sounds like her heart is in the right place...if not the cigarettes...)
