I already put this in repair

The PO hung a lot of something all over the center console, the somethings are gone and there are about 40 various sized holes left over, the CC is about a 16th thick

How do you patch something that thin and expect it to stay

If you can reach around to the inside of the console then a fiberglass resin will fill in the holes pretty easily. Put a piece of fiberglass cloth on the inside and after it's set, just fill the holes with a resin kit.

If you can't reach the other side of the console, try using a automotive bondo mixed a little thick. "Smoosh" it in the holes, let it dry then sand it down.
