What do you mean by trollers thinking they own the water etc?? Its very simpel;If you see someone trolling,Give him room I mean why shouldnt you? I have had so many oblivious (or not) people cut off my lines,I cant even count them.Losing A $50 lure plus a bird in the act.It makes you wonder you know.If you see someone skiing you give him room too right?? When i say trolling I mean 4 to 6 knots,Thats max.Open ocean and sometimes near the shore.I do not care for speed since i am a fisherman and I mostly troll,So I dont bother anyone . sometimes I think people who cross my lines do it on purpose,They might have something against fishing or they might do it for kicks. Anyway its a hassle to follow them and get compensation,I rarely do it anymore..Its a shame. there is so much room in on the ocean!

A nice big lure with lots oh treble hooks works wonders,but only for people who are doing it on purpose.the stupid ones,well sooner or later they will learn the ocean is a dangerous place.

No tubers here,where I fish at in SWFlorida. The water is full of gators or sharks,some times both. Some of the other areas are full of jet skies and stuff.really try to avoid those areas at all cost. I do not have the patience for idiots,and tend to vocalize how I feel.
