I/0 lost power

last summer we lost almost all the drive after clipping the prop on the ground the outing before

is it possible this could be a problem with the lower unit or is it the drive coupler?

im new to boats so any help would be grate no matter how obvious you think it is :D

You could have lost the engine coupler, the propeller hub, or have internally lost the drive.
I am inclined to believe you spun the propeller hub since you said you lost "almost all the drive".
It would be very helpful if we knew what kind of drive we're talking about though.

i noticed i posted it in the wrong place i thorght i clicked on mercrusier
so i reposted it tn that section but thanks for the help its a R drive i think becuse it has the preload pin on the top with the 160 hp inline 6
