You need to be testing this stuff under Load. Voltage requirements will change when an Engine is loaded.
It comes down to this: Compression, Spark, and Fuel, and the correct amount of each for the engine to run as designed.
When I asked what the Plugs looked like I was hoping you would take a few pictures of them showing what the working ends looked like.

Edit: When you had the Flywheel off, did you notice any Oil around the Upper Crankshaft Seal?

Will do, but I don’t know why nobody is listening when I say it’s not a misfire. I did the bottom cylinder and no abnormalities with the timing light. It is NOT a misfire!!! Starting to think this forum is useless lol.

No oil under flywheel. Here is the plugs. Probably about 2 hours on them.

You haven’t taken a guess that maybe the reason I’m still struggling is because no one has given any useful advice ? Haha, you’re a funny guy

Those plugs look awfully wet. The Center Electrode, also looks like it was attacked by a Chisel, but perhaps that is a Lighting issue.
I am thinking you have a High Fuel Level in the Carb Bowls.

BTW. You haven't been exactly Forthcoming in your Posts. Example; You only checked One of the 2 Ignition Systems, then state they are fine.
Since you think we are Useless this is my last Post. Good Luck

You must realize that nobody can see , feel your motor up close.-----There might be something simple that is wrong.-----I believe you are struggling because you mis-understand some of the excellent advice posted here.

Whichever conclusion you would like to bring yourself to is fine by me. I can understand everything that’s been said and if not then I’ll ask questions.
