HydrTrol work with 125 Force Motor?

We are thinking about purchasing a HydrTrol Trolling Plate from Cabelas' and wanting to know if this will work with a 125 Force Motor? Any help or comments would be great. Thank you from WyomingPerkins...

It should work, but I don't know how well any of those plates work.

If you troll in unobstructed waters, you might want to try a trolling sock.
Or even try dragging a 5 gallon bucket. Simple and cheap.
