at low speeds my boat wants to buck like a horse trying to throw me off. I have to get at least 25 miles an hour until it will plane out and be smooth, the boat is 17 ft long made out of kevlar and has a 150 marineer which is mounted on a jackplate. The jackplate and motor was taken off a procraft. I believe the hydrosport is rated only for a 115hp however, it had a 200 hp before. any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you very much.
