I have narrowed my search for a fishfinder to these three. The 565 and 480 are similar in price ($200), the Fisheasy 250 is a lot cheaper ($130). Given my use, some Great Lakes fishing with downriggers (once or twice a year), more inland lakes and rivers in Wisconsin where I don't want to hit bottom at speed ( every other weekend all summer) for example, what do you guys think of the choices? The budget is pretty tight so I would like to go with the 250 if it will perform for my needs.

Thanks in advance!

I have the 565 with the optional speed transducer and am so far really happy. My boat tops out at 42mph and I have never seen the unit lose signal with the bottom so far.

I guess the 565 transducer is different from 575.
