Hi everybody new to this site and never posted before so I hope I am doing this right . I have 250 volvo out drive last summer hit a submerged wooden dock at a slow speed in reverse I than put the boat in forward nothing boat would rev but not move did not do any damage to prop at all. took it out of the water tried the drive it spins in forward and reverse but when you grab the shaft it stops I do not here any noise, took bottom prop shaft and gears out look fine oil clean what should i check next tried checking other post but cant find much thanks
