How to time a honda bf75a

I thought I'd start a new thread to ask these questions. I need to know which cylinder is cylinder number 1 and I need to know how to set the timing. I have 2 arrows with the letter t next to them, one on the cam and one on the flywheel. and I'm not sure where they are supposed to point. Thank you for the help!
