how to test power pack or check ohms?

i am looking to test my power pack. i have no spark on either plug. i have compression and gas. i also changed both plugs and i get no sparks.

It would sure help if we knew what engine you had. Did someone pull the kill switch lanyard by any chance??

To make an accurate test of the system, you need a peak reading volt meter, and the proper servise manual. You need a test of the charge coil, and ignition sensor here, along with the pak, plus the kill switch.
