What is used to seal around the aluminum tube that drains water from the ski well back to the bilge area? I am replacing the bulkhead, and am planning on using marine grade RTV silicone to fill between the bulkhead wood and tube. Then I'll fiberlass the ski well, including the bulkhead. I will make sure epoxy covers the tube where it sticks out of the bulkhead. Sound good?
