How to restore dull finish?

I must admit at the start of this post, I am ignorant on fiberglass/gell finishes. I have quite a bit of experience with car and industrial paint/clearcoat finishes, but know nothing about boat finishes. My 1982 Imperial v182 has a dull tan finish particularly on the top surfaces. What do I need to do to get this fixed? Any information would be appreciated.

All I did was wet sanded it with 800 grit then 1000 then buffed it. Looks great. Just try it in a small area the is inconspicuous.You don't have to sand it too much, just enough to get rid of the oxidation.
