How to repair damaged rivet holes?

What is the best way to repair damaged rivet holes, boat is 10 years old and is a deep V bass boat. Found that a couple of the bow bottom rivets had been loose and flex in the aluminum has caused the area around rivet to wear into the appearance of a countersunk rivet. The original rivets were
3\16" but the hole is also enlarged. Has anyone ran into this situation?

Welcome to iboats.

Get a larger size rivet and or install the rivet with some 3m5200 all over it then seal again once attached.

1/4" rivets would be one size larger I am not sure if you would be able to buy only a few.
