How to remove starter to remove carb?

Anyone know the best way to remove the starter so I can remove the carb?

This is a 2002 30HP Johnson J30ELSNF

Should be 1 nut on a stud at the front.-----And 1 bolt on the upper part of the bracket on the port side.----And one bolt on the lower part of the bracket on the port side.----Plus couple of smaller screws too.
