THIS WAS IN STUPID HUMAN TRICKS, BUT THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER HERE. TD

1. Load up beer, 2-3 ice chests full should do.
2. Relax, have beer, that was hard work.
3. Hook boat trailer up to truck.
4. Drink lots of beer.
5. Ignore safety chains, they take too much time to connect.
6. Drive real fast.
7. Hit light pole (needs to be a real solid one :D:D:D)
8. Boat will load itself onto truck .
9. Relax, have another beer.
10. Disconnect trailer and secure boat to truck. Don't want it to fall off.

OK, maybe I'm stupid but I'm having trouble with step 9. The coolers are now pinned under my boat!!

I think that the problem may be that I drove into a tree instead of a light pole. Can anyone help?

Does this maneuver require a PFD to be considered safe. I'm just asking.

Not much of a loss with the bayliner :D. But what a waste of a perfectly good Dodge

no problem just reach out the rear window:D.........one ice chest full of beer should last until you unload your boat;).......then you can get to the rest of your coolers and have a nice day on the lake:cool:.

That Dodge is a half ton, Not good for much.
I'll take my Cummin's Dodge over that thing (Expecially now) even if that one is newer.:D

My boat sits low, should I take the tail gate off?

Here's your sign - seat mounted at top of swimladder/platform.

From 1970kayhydro

"My boat sits low, should I take the tail gate off?" Negative..... it's there to protect the beer.

Oh, and I think the outdrive needs to be raised once its loaded. Looks like too little clearance.

Looks like the trailer tried to disconnect itself, even the hitch is bent down.
The way it sits now, he might as well drive the whole mess off the ramp and forget about it.

99% there were no stern straps, i see none on the trailer, or the boat. that much weight with out straps, it was very easy for that boat to overrun the winch stand and bow stop, also no bow tie down chain. total improper towing technique.

While were nit picking, it looks like the airbag never deployed. Does Bayliner make the truck too??
