How to install the windshield Clips?

I bought the windshield clips, but I can't find anywhere that says how to install them. Do I just press them on? Which side is the "top" and which is the bottom?

If one end of the windshield is disassembled to gain access to the slots, the clips slide in.

My idea anyway.

But after blowing up the second pic, there is only one slot. So this idea probably won't work.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks GA_Boater... I think they can snap on OK, I just can't quite figure out which side is the "top" and which is the bottom. It can clip over the bottom lip where the seal is, but I can put it in both ways. I *Think* the way I show in the picture is the right way, but the last thing I want to do is have it fly off while driving... so I thought I'd ask here first!

They just snap in the groove.
Mine only go in one way.

There are a couple of different configurations so make sure you have the right one.

It looks like it'll fit, but I can squeeze it in both ways. From the sounds of it I'm putting it in the right way, so I'll do so... Fingers crossed! Thank you!
