Not sure I understand what you are asking.<br /><br />You can go to file import/export to export and then import your messages and address box. You can also navigate to the place where all your email data is saved and copy them wholesale to the default location on the new machine. When you then launch the new email client it will be just like the other. That is also how you can keep a live backup system ready to go - by cloning that folder once a day or so.
