How to get part number for Volvo sx drive?

Trying to determine the exact part number for my drive to get the cost of repairing u joints. Local repair shop says might not be able to determine until the drive is pulled and number from shaft assy is read off it. Some allow for replacement of spiders and some mandate entire shaft assy(rockwell @500$). I have serial numbers for both the engine and drive itself but nowhere do I see if its a sx a,c, m1, mtd, r,s etc...lots of sub designations..any help in running down what kind I have and what my repair options are , if I have any, would be great.

Is there a product plate info decal on the drive itself? if so where. I have to drive 25 minutes from home to the boats location.

Post the serial number/s and Product Model Number/s too.

Its a 05 FW 210H.

I got the numbers off the drive:

its an SX-M Ratio 1.60 and product number is 3868891. This should help.

I found 3860842 which is entire assembly for 499.00

spiders are 3850812 and 112.00 each..

seem about right??

looks like there are two possible shafts in it. My first post was wrong...The rockwell, which can have the spiders replaced separately, or the GKn which lists the spiders as "not sold separately"

Guess which one I'm sure to have??
