Just goes to show you can't fix stoopid!!! That trailer was never coming out of the water unless they got to back wheels on the ramp out of the blowout hole. Thanks for posting that video... I got a good laugh out their troubles.

The truck with the 5th wheel was just too small. It appears that the front frame rails have extensions on them, which the bumper assembly and the front cab mounts are bolted to. It actually ripped that whole extension off the left front frame rail. Impressive.

Reminds me of when I was a kid. People used to launch their boat from a sandy beach in the bay at San Pedro. A kid backs his boat into the water with his dads big mid 50's Cadillac. It gets stuck and the tide is coming in. Along comes a sanitation dept trash truck with a winch. It had big tires on it for running on the sand. Two big old sanitation workers get out of the truck and run a cable up under the bumper and into the backside of the grille.

They started up the winch and there was a horrific tearing sound as they pulled that whole bumper and grille assembly out into a big Vee. They finally rehooked the cable to the frame and got it pulled out but there was going to be a lotta 'splainin to do, to daddy.
