How much water pressure is normal?

I have a 1989 evinrude 60 hp 3cyl and i am wondering what should i have at idle and WOT? I thought i had 10 psi at idle and 20 psi at WOT when it was new 2 or 3 years ago but im not 100%POSITIVE about that. When i started it today for the 1st time this season in a barrel i have 6-7 psi at idle and thats also what i had last year Is it time to change the water pump again? Whats the limit? Pretty sure i still had 18-20 at wot last fall.

How much pressure you have isn't as important as when was the impeller changed. Sounds like it may be approaching 3-4 years since it was last changed. It's time.

You can have 50 PSI and the impeller can start flippin' vanes cuz it's hard and brittle and old.
