There seems to be a picture problem with the forum. Nobody's show up. Anyhoo, the question is very difficult to answer. Besides, a lot depends on location. But you can assume it is going to take some money to get it operational and dependable. The fact that it hasn't been used in 15 years may be a good sign. At least it hasn't been being tortured and worn out during that time. But it will need new coils, water pump, and fuel system service at the very LEAST. Personally, I wouldn't give over $100 for a complete one in decent, unrestored, condition.
UM.......is it manual start (not electric)? Unless you are specifically looking for a manual start for some reason, that is a dis-advantage.
