A 16ft. G3 V167C marketed by the Yam Boat Company is a deep V aluminum boat that has nothing to do with an inflatable. Going back to the original post, have re propped many Tohatsu motors and some Yam ones, all the ones with factory delivered props were found extremely over propped running at wot around the min lugging rpm range which is a motor killer, usually needed 2 less pitch for motor to run towards the max wot rpm range while maintaining same diam and prop model.
Independetly of what the Prop Calculator says, need to tach current prop in a wot run as loaded as no one will ever suspect that props are being delivered way over propped and not best suited for your boat if top water performance is what you're after. have not seen so far any motor factory delivered with a prop being under propped.
