It seems a little low but if it's all even that's a good sign. I would try another gauge first. Maybe someone put low compression head gaskets on. What heads are on it? The part numbers are near the top of the head and in a small circle. They should be one number different from each other. Like 326504 and 326505.<br /><br />Good luck!
