How may gal burned per hour for this upgrade?

Looking to get a second boat. Will still be aluminum. Looking for a 221 Starcraft Islander model 2006-07 with a 150-200 Mercury 4 stroke 2006-07 (200 is max for this boat's model).

Average 1-2 foot seas and 10-15 mph winds.

Usage: I do mostly cruising around. Get it up on plane and throttle back just enough to keep it on plane.

Can anyone estimate how many gallons I'll burn an hour with a 150,175 or 200 4 stroke Verado on it. Anyone with a similar rig and outboard out there?

Merc has many tests on there sight showing fuel burn on different hulls
