How many o-rings to replace?

I turned my shift shaft the wrong way when I put my drive back together. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until the drive was back on the boat.
How may O-rings in the drive, besides the oil chamber seal, do I need to replace? Do I need to replace the o-rings on the lower drive shaft too? any others?

Thanks.

I don't know that you need to "replace" any of them. Simply drain the oil out of the unit, pull it apart and correct the upper shift shaft and throw it back together. I can't imagine you'd need new o-rings on anything since it hasn't even been installed/run yet. Worse comes to worse, you just buy a seal kit for $10 and call it good.
