I pulled my boat out yesterday, Lake erie here is almost a puddle. Had to lift my outdrive right up and push to get over a sandbar and man that water was cold!

Raystown 6" above recreational pool, Sayers up 4". Here in Central PA we rely on local rain and it seems to be a wetter than normal Fall.

Simcoe is down about two feet right now. They open the Wasdell Falls dam at the beginning of Aug to bring water levels down in anticipation of the spring thaw. We have been petitioning Parks Canada and Ministry of Natural Resources to postpone the the summer drain until the fall. http://www.petitiononline.com/drainage/petition.html

Maybe because I am in Korea right now. Will try again when I get home.

Lake Huron (great Lakes) is down about two feet, but it does cycle and we are really enjoyiong the low levels for our nice sandy beaches. It could stay like this forever and I would be happy.

You guys have got to get out your metal detectors! Could probably pay for it in one outing. Motors, jewelry, lures, coins, keys, treasure unnamed.

I am luckey my local lake loses 2' twice a day but I do get the water back twice a day too.

Flying home from Korea on Friday then heading straight to the trailer for Thanksgiving weekend. Promising myself a "walk on the lake" over the weekend :facepalm:

Last Thanksgiving the weather was so good and the lake level was up enough we were skiing and tubing.
So sad !!!!
