10 seconds or until you can grab the next piece of glass, whichever is less.
Depending on which W/S epoxy you have, you can apply several layers at one time if you wish, there's no need to wait.
Fast cure products may generate too much heat for more that a 2 or 3 layers, but even that depends on the ambient temperature.
