how I can check or inspect under my boat floor

hi there i have a 1979 22 foot cruiser barnegat my floor is solid I dont have any soft spot how can I inspect under the floor sometimes I can see small pieces of wood coming from under the floor with water like when rain any ideas.

when i am suspicious, i use a 2 inch hole saw, in a drill, cut a hole, save the plug to put back in with 3M 5200. you could also install one of these: http://www.iboats.com/Beckson_Screw...33056280--**********.942626118--view_id.20430

Just be careful where you drill (gass tank, too close to the hull)
try putting tape on the hole saw about 1/2 inch up from the teeth so you know when to stop drillling... you can always drill a bit more but never a bit less...
