How does the Windshield come off/ gets mounted?

This is for my 2000 Searay Sundeck 210. The Starboard portion of the windshield glass broke. The frame with the rubber liner remains. I need to remove the frame and reinstall a new frame with the glass and rubber liner already installed. Can someone tell me how the windshield is installed? are there screws from top to bottom or bottom to top? Does it get caulked as well? Thanks...

generally there is a rubber strip in the bottom channel from the outside and peeling this strip out will reveal the screws

OR they use square headed screws that slide into a channel on the underside.

Or if you pull that rubber piece out of the bottom you will see screws.
